On location in Beijing, athlete cum filmmaker Steve Omischi captures HD footage of the Olympic games, edits it in Final Cut Pro, and transfers his rough cuts to Final Cut Server. That’s when the production crew at Blomeley Communications takes over. But, wait, the post-production crew is thousands of miles away, back home in Ottawa, Canada. How do they accomplish their remote control Olympic coverage?
