1. Why should I register?
Registering on our site gives you access to special deals that you can only view when logged into our site. Signing in will also allow you to check the shipping costs of an item (simply select "Checkout" to check this.)
2. How do I make changes to my account information?
Log into your account online and click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Make necessary changes (i.e. email address, billing/shipping address, etc.) and hit "Update Account" to save changes.
3. What is the Mac Club Rewards Program?

1. Can I modify my order once it is submitted?
Please be advised that once payment has been completed on an order, we are unable to make any changes to the order. If payment has not been completed, you may contact Customer Service for changes. If an order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. What taxes do I pay?
Either GST or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) will be charged depending on your province.
3. Can I order online and pick up in store?
Yes, simply select the "Pick-up" option under "Shipping Methods" to pickup in-store. A photo ID and the credit card used during payment are required for in-store pick ups. Unfortunately, we cannot accept third party pick-ups.
4. Why is an item not on sale today?
Our sales specials are updated regularly, usually on a weekly basis. Please check the list regularly to ensure you get the sale price.
5. Do you offer price protection?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price protection at this time.
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, money order, bank draft, and certified cheque, and company purchase order.
Payment by money order, bank draft, and certified cheque may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks for processing and verification of payment.
2. Do you accept international credit cards?
International credit cards can be used for in-store payments. Unfortunately, we are unable to process international credit cards for web order at this time.
3. Will you send a receipt for my shipped order?
Yes, an invoice will be provided your package. You may also request electronic copies of your invoice to be sent via email.
4. When will I receive a refund for a cancelled order that hasn't been shipped?
We will usually refund you on the same business day if it is originally paid by credit card. All other payment methods will be refunded by cheque and may take 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
Shipping and Handling
1. When will my order be shipped?
Once an order is placed, processing will begin on the same working day and will ship within 1 to 2 business days pending on item availability and credit verification.
2. How long will shipping take?
Ground shipping usually requires 5-7 business days and air shipping 2-3 business days after an order has been processed.
3. How much is shipping?
To find out a shipping cost for an item, simply add the item to your shopping cart and select your province to check shipping methods and rates anytime.
4. Does Compu2000.com offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time. We ship only within Canada.
5. Will I receive a tracking number?
After your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use the tracking number to track your order online after 24 hours.
6. Where can I place special instructions for shipping or add a buzzer code?
You can add special shipping instructions to the "Order Comments" section when you are placing your order.
7. A note about refused shipments.
If a shipment is refused, please note that the original shipping charges and any taxes that are incurred on the package will still apply.
8. Redirecting a package.
Please note that shipments may not be redirected while in transit. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to the warehouse for redelivery. To update your shipping address, please leave us an online message here or call Customer Service at 1-888-318-3628
Returns and Defective Products
1. What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange your unopened product 15 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in its original condition and packaging (including all manuals & accessories).
If your product is defective, we offer return or exchange within 5 days from the date of purchase for Apple products and 15 days from the date of purchase for non-Apple products. A restocking fee of 15% applies on returns for opened and non-defective products.
2. How do I exchange or return a product I bought online?
If you wish to return or exchange a product that you purchased online, please send us a message, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 604-288-4999 (toll free at 1-888-318-3628).
3. If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund or credit?
Shipped returns may take about 1 to 2 weeks to process due to shipping times. In-store returns take about 1 to 2 days. Please allow time for product testing before the refund can be issued.
4. What items cannot be returned?
No returns on computer software, video & DVD movies, video games and music CD's. Due to copyright laws, you may only exchange these items for the same title if the original is defective. Also, all opened and non-defective headphones & headsets are not returnable.
